Pet stays require additional fee due to increase in cleaning fees. Fenced in yard and safe neighborhood where the neighbors frequently walk, run and bike. House is located 1.5 blocks off Gulf Beach Highway on a dead end street in the Treasure Hill neighborhood, 5 min drive to Johnson Beach and the heart of Perdido Key, FL. Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, AL are also nearby, about 20 minutes or so to restaurants and shopping in those towns.

We had a great stay overall and would absolutely stay here again. We did run into an unexpected issue at check-in due to a cleaning mix-up, but the host handled it incredibly well from start to finish. She communicated with us the entire time, quickly arranged a solution, and truly went above and beyond to make things right. The home itself was wonderful - very clean, comfortable, thoughtfully stocked, and especially dog-friendly. We really appreciated all of the extra touches, the screened-in porch, spacious backyard, and convenient location near both Pensacola and Orange Beach. What stood out most was the Kari’s responsiveness, accountability, and genuine care for her guests’ experience. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but excellent customer service makes all the difference, and she absolutely delivered on that.

This listing is PERFECT for dog owners. She supplied dog bowls, a bed, and toys! Not to mention the house is so clean and tastefully decorated. Close enough to the beach to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet. We will definitely stay again.

We truly loved our stay at Kari’s place. She was understanding in a small situation, and was immediately responsive. We loved that our dog also felt right at home. She was so kind to us. Very happy we booked our last minute getaway with her!

I knew from the minute I walked in the place was going to be hard to leave. We felt right at home, it was clean and had all the amenities you needed and then some! Will definitely plan to come stay again!!

You will need a car to get around in general. There is room for a single car in the garage plus two cars in the driveway. Street parking is also available and the street deadends so there's little traffic. There are two grocery stores within a couple minutes, Publix and Winn Dixie. Walmart and Target are 8 minutes away. There are also side walks for foot travel. Big Lagoon State Park entrance is 5 blocks away.
